The handle and protective cases feature a faux wood design made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials certified by the Global Recycle Standard. These components are fully recyclable—simply remove the bristles from the handle before placing them in recycling.
The bristles are crafted from durable, moisture-resistant PBT thermoplastic that is approved by both the FDA and USDA. This material is designed to maintain its shape and softness even with frequent use. Please note that the bristles themselves are not recyclable.

Lab Filtration Results:
Pertaining to the testing of our second (white) version of the Silver-ion mask which is made with superior 100% Egyptian Cotton 500 Thread Count, showed validated filtration of > 99.94 % of 5 micron size particles. Testing of 3 micron size particles, received validated filtration of > 99.7%.
